Below are the terms of service for both the artist (me) and you as a commissioner. Once commissioned, you agree with the T.O.S. Thank you for being interested and understanding!

GENERAL
- Politeness and patience are appreciated, I do not tolerate any ill or rude behaviors. Communications will be via email (mavielinart@gmail.com), Instagram, Discord (Mavielin #9701).
- Commissions can be refused and will not come in a first come - first served manner. I will do them in any order I feel comfortable.

- Please give me as much reference and guidance as possible right away, for I will be able to deliver you the best artwork.

I can draw: young people, normal/fantasy costumes, simple nature/buildings as backgrounds

I can not draw: NSFW, hard mecha, old people/babies, vehicles, buildings

 

PROCESS

1. Receiving request => sketch

I will sketch down 1 or more thumbnails for you to choose from. Sketches will be very loose at the beginning.

2. Render

During this, I will provide WIP (work in progress) if you ask for it (please do not spam) to get you updated. I may ask you questions if I am unsure about something.

3. Finish

I will send you PNG illustrations, with or without signature.

 

The whole process would take 1-3 months. I will notify you if any delay happens due to unexpected circumstances.

PAYMENT

Only Paypal is allowed.

You must pay 100% upfront, right after the sketch phase.

Please pay through "goods and services".
Do not add an address.

Changes will be charged when:
1. You showed unclear references or wish to begin with.
2. You ask for major changes: design, pose, adding/removing things, background, lighting, color scheme
Fees for these changes range from 10% to 50% original price.

COPYRIGHT POLICY

* Non-commercial commissions are at a normal price. Removing the watermark and distribute commissions for profit are considered infringements and credit to me as the artist is a must. I can post, print, self-promote... and can re-sell the commissions.

* Commercial commissions will be doubled the price. You have the right to remove the watermark and distribute commissions for profit, but credit to me as the artist is a must. I can still post, print, self-promote... but cannot re-sell the commissions.

CANCELING/REFUNDING

Canceling is not allowed once a sketch is done.
You can request a refund if I, the artist, fail to provide the final delivery in time.
